12 million dollars in the past 10 months with a basic print on demand Shopify store. And when I say basic, I literally mean the very Basics and a lot you guys think print-on-demand is dead. And this is about to prove you completely wrong. Hey, guys, welcome to the Blog. My name is AG and his the e-comm king. And in today's Blog, it's time to prove you guys wrong about print-on-demand. This is going to show you that print on demand is booming right now. And it is probably one of the most underrated dropshipping models right now that people aren't you too. Eliza NG and put them demand is a very basic business model to follow. And the key to success for putting on demand is crushing. This one principle that I'll be showing you today, because I'm going to be showing you the website. I'm going to be showing you the Facebook ads. I'm going to show you the store analytics. I'm going to be showing you absolutely everything that this print-on-demand store did to achieve these results in the last 10 months. Now, if you want to try and replicate the results in today's Blog, because I'm going to get you all on a plate, then you need to be paying attention to what I'm saying. As you guys can see, I'm on the Shopify exchange platform. And for those that don't know what this is, this is where you come to list your Shopify store for sale if you want to sell your store. And this is a great way to maximize profits on a short term store like this. One out. As you guys can see, the store name is actually called cities, which is CTS, appear ellecom, and I'll be showing you all this little bit later on. And as you guys can see the average revenue monsters around about 120000 dollars 72000 store visits and around about 18 thousand dollars in profit, which isn't bad at all. Now, if we take a look at the shop of fight analytics print screen, you can see here, from the 21st of December till the 9th of August 2021 that you've done just shy of 12 million. And you can see that the returning customer is insane. It's 699 percent that is very impressive. The install conversion rates 37 which is above industry standards. And the average order value is strong at $43 meaning that they're either selling a product before you $3 consistently, or they're able to upsell people at that price range, which is very, very good, considering the store, which you'll find that a little bit later on. Now, if we take a look at the current store owner for this is names, just a massive shout out to you man, you've smashed it with this, and you can see it's quite a graduated from college, with a major in finance, hired a corporate job lined up by decided to take the leap into e-commerce world old and have not looked back since with the help of my brother and a few friends, you can see that he's been able to achieve these results. Now, if we quickly take a look at what's involved with running this business right now, the managing advertising is Facebook. Google, Snapchat, Etc. Is the main part of running the business product. And our d is also a big part of the business model relies introducing our new products. Each quote, all the production, fulfillment and customer service automated.
I also work with an agency that handles email. Okay? An SMS B2B model is currently being worked on, which is business to business. And you can see that this business was founded 10 months ago. And he's saying that it takes approximately 15 hours per week to run the store because of the va's that he's gotten play. Now, if we take a look at the expenses, you can see he's going for one of the premium Shopify plans, which helps with the transaction fees and a few other things like employee accounts. And you can see spending around about a thousand dollars a month on employees, which is for V AIDS. They're probably going to manage his SMS and email marketing, like you said, and things like like that. Now it's gone for the basic domain name, which everybody does, which is around about nineteen dollars a year. And you can see he's spending around about a thousand dollars a month on email marketing and SMS with Shopify apps. Again, depending on your email list, depends on your monthly subscription for the email marketing and things like that. So that sounds about right. Facebook and Google and Snapchat and Tik-Tok. You can see spending around about eighty thousand dollars a month, which is a lot of money to spend on advertising. And you can see it's doing it. Loads of different platforms, Facebook, Google, Snapchat and Tick-Tock. So if you take a look at the sales includes, this is what you're getting when you either store, you can see that the physical inventory is not included. And the reason why that is is because it's a print-on-demand store, and he could be using a company like printful printer fi, any of those types of companies to be doing this with, and how this work guys for those that don't understand is you're basically using a company to print on the demand of your volume. So you can come to our website at this. You can create a design once you create the design. Once you get an order for that design, then it will be processed to this company, and they'll print depending on how many orders they'll do, and they'll do all the shit shipping and all the stuff like that and quality checking for you. So let's just break down quickly how much this gentleman's probably made at a young age and who's quite new to e-commerce. So he's currently made around about 120000 dollars in profit. And then he's also, if you solve the website for 250000 dollars, he can potentially make around about four hundred thousand dollars in profit. So that is pretty crazy, considering he's only been doing econ for 10 months, and he's quite young. So ever let anybody tell you that e-commerce and Drop Shipping or print undermines dead? Because this is just another example of it changing a young gentleman's life once again. So let's get the drum rolls rolling, because I will be revealing the store right now. And as you guys can see, it is a basic look in 2017 Drop Shipping Store. And this is a print on demand store, of course. And as you guys can see, when I scroll down, it looks so basic. It's the basic debut theme with the very minimal things on it. And let's break this down. How was this able to do over a million dollars in Revenue?
So let's it off with the brand message and the brand purpose. So it's all called City T's. It's t-shirts designed around cities that we live in. And as you guys can see, the logo shows the skyline, and it's got a t-shirt inside of the skyline, and it's got CTS or in the middle. And that was designed in canva very easily. And if we look at the ship, and Boris has free shipping for orders over $50 encouraging you to spend over $50, and then you can see home City collection. So it shows all the different cities. And these are all based in Italy, and they're in the USA, and I'll be coming over to the reason why that is the purpose. And then you guys can see country collection, Italy and the USA, and then they've got our story, and then they got the contact us page. And then you can see the here. They've got this little image of the New York skyline in the got CTS, find your city summer collection 2021 with the sun emoji. And then you guys can see here that the Chicago, the DC designs and you guys can see that these t-shirt designs are insanely basic. It's basically a three word explaining what the city is. And then they've got the sky I line inside of the wording, which is quite clever, but very basic, and it's not too hard to do. And as you guys can see if we scroll down, they've got the welcome to seize, and they've got the please notice. And they've got this really basic footer. Now, before I move deep within the website, I want to go over what made this store so successful, regardless of how basic it is. And that's all about the expression that this store gives people. Now, this store focuses primarily on People based in America and showing the pride they have within the city and state they come from now, America's it was got over 50 states and people want to be proud of the state that they come from to show other Americans that I'm from DC. I'm proud of it. I'm from Chicago. I'm proud of it, and there's no better way of doing that than wearing a piece of merchandise like a hoodie or a t-shirt showing it showing your skyscraper, because people argue about who's got the best Skyline who's got the best. See who's got the best state. So it's all about expression with print on Demand with print-on-demand. It's not about having amazing, beautiful designs. It's about having a design that can show the expression of somebody what they're thinking of giving people that feeling that they have when they wear the item, which makes them feel better. Now, a few examples of this is, if you're very expressive about being a vegan and no hater vegans, by the way, then you might wear a t-shirt similar to this, where it says that you're proud to be a vegan, or I'm happy to eat veg or something like that. It's all about giving people something that they can express themselves with to show their proud of what they're doing. Now, you've got the main expressive niches and print-on-demand that most people focus on, which are things like the a single quotes Niche things like the entrepreneurial Niche.
But when you can find a niche like this, which not many people are thinking about or thinking about doing, then you're tapping into a market that's not saturated. Now, the other great thing about this is your audience is absolutely huge. It's Forever Green meaning. You can style it throughout the whole year without having any issues. Now, the target is also going to be amazing, because you're going to be targeting on Facebook each day. So you need Chad's that you could. You could Target Chicago another ad set, you could be targeting new York. So you're doing very Micro Niche Target, which means your advertising could be very, very cheap. So overall, this is just destined to be successful. So the massive thing to take away from this guy's as try and find a niche within print-on-demand that is very, very passionate, that want to express themselves, but isn't overly saturated and have a look to see if it is saturated. And if it isn't, go all in and try it out and see if it works. Now just think, if this young gentleman didn't try this, Me Shine didn't go with it, he would have never seen seven figures with the stores. This should motivate you to try your ideas out and don't just hold them in. So if we take a look quickly at the structure of the website they use in the debut theme, they've got recover and lost cards up tiny image SEO. They got klaviyo, and they've got skipped a car as a cop, but an animation which I'll be showing you in a minute. So that's quite cool and push our web push notification. And there's three that are undetected. And I believe that's either print a full print of five, something like that. And if you go to their products, you can see here what they've been doing with. We go to their bestsellers. You can see that these are currently their bestsellers, and they're right here. Now. This would imply to me that a lot of the customers, because the average order value remember, was pretty high. It was around about $49. And I think they did that to qualify for the free shipping, because we go to the bestsellers again. Remember, not all of them are around about $50, which means to me that a lot of people would round their car up to around about 50 dollars to get the free shipping, which is quite powerful. Now, something that's quite interesting is they're running a Google ad campaign, and I've only been able to find one which is literally just them in cities. Now, a lot of companies do this because if you've got other companies that are very similar to your name or your Niche, what they'll do is they'll run an ad on Google for just their brand name. So when you Google it, it comes to the top of the search engine, because if you, for example, go to a website, but don't buy it. But then you want to go back on their day after you Google it, trying to find it. A lot of companies do that, so you don't get lost in another competitor's website. And if you click, find your city, or take you to a collection page where you can shop the different states of America and in Italy, and I'll be coming back to this because it's so powerful the way they've done this. Now check out their product page and do bear in mind that this is one of their winning designs. Let me coming back to this winning design in the next few moments, and you guys can see it's the Chri hoodie, which I believe means Chicago, if correct me if I'm wrong. But I do believe that's what it means, and you can see the Sonic of 3199 but the sing it was 5999 it's currently sale, and you can see shipping calculator check out, and these guys do charge for 99 for shipping, by the way. And that does make me think that it is print on demand again, because print a full do charge, I think, around about two or three up to five dollars on shipping. So that would make sense to me. Now you can see they do loads, different sizes, large to three XL when they've got these unisex fit Jersey stitched 100% soft style cotton and then printed and shipped from the USA.
So they're going over the key benefits of the quality of the stuff. And this thing that's printed and shipped from the USA now do bear in mind principal, do have a shipping Warehouse in the USA. So it would make sense for that to line up. Now, for those that are buying hoodies that represent their City, they're going to want to make sure that the stuff is being sent out from their country, because that would make the most sense. Now do bear in mind that printer fall are coming out with a UK Warehouse in November. So if you guys want to take a little bit of that golden sauce, then there you go. I've given you right there. You could recreate something like this, but do it in the UK and ship it from the UK. Because, like I said, brings a full talk, went to the UK in November. And you can see here, they've got this very soft emotional messaging. We promise to treat each and every one of our products with care and precision. We appreciate your support during these trying times. And I thankful for each and every one of our customers. Cities appear real. So it's just a little. quote from the company showing appreciation for them supporting their company. Then they've got this size shot here and again, look how messy this looks. This does not look professional at all. And then it says, please consult and sizing before purchasing. We are not responsible for any Miss sizing so that just based tiles, and that if you get the wrong sighs don't bother us, because it was your own problem for not reaching out. Then they've got these reviews. And these reviews are done with an app. I'm trying to think which app. Is I think it might be a lie review use or another one. And I don't believe these are real reviews they might be, I'd not too sure, but I think a lot of review apps you can use. Now you can actually pretend to make the reviews, and you can see they're doing four stars, five stars to a little bit more realistic. And if you go to questions is no current questions on that. And then here you've got the you may also like to try and get some cross sells over there. Now, if you take a look at the imagery, this was one of their winning designs, and it's the Chicago design, and it's basically got the, the names resembling the state name. And then they got the skyline inside of the name. And I think it's pretty cool, and it's pretty easy to to make, because you can get the this design. You can make this design and convert type in C hedge I on canvas, and then Google Chicago skyline, and then just put it inside the text, and it could look like that, or you could do on Photoshop. It's very easy to do, and I'll be showing you guys where you can go to get people to make your designs like this. Now, this image they've got in the background is very powerful as well. Now the reason why this image is very powerful is because guess what Americans like to wear Converse, and they like to wear blue jeans. So this is like the American look Converse, blue jeans, and then a hoodie showing the state that are coming from. So again, it comes down to that other taught understatement understanding where your audience are coming from and what they wear. Americans are known to wear this stuff. So for you to show that encourages them to buy and then look at this brick background at the back and the using the same background for every design. So we take a look at the our story. This really does start to paint the picture he says here. Thanks for being here. This is our story. I don't know if this is the guy who owns it could just be a mock-up. I'm not too sure, but it's shown the Chicago hardy with the famous being in run this based in Chicago. And it says, here we are, the first, the apparel company that offers creative and unique designs across all the major cities in the world. Our goal is to constantly create and provide a new apparel that you can't find anywhere else. Cities give you the true opportunity to represent your city. And again, this ties back in with the main principle of buying from this company. Then they've got here. We are not just another gift shop.
We are trendsetters, and I'd have to disagree with that. I'm a guy who's in fashion, and I don't believe that's true. But again, these designs, or these kind of Stellar designs, have been done on different companies issues about how you Market its people, which has been done differently. Cities never sleep, and neither do we. Cities were created to keep up with every shifting nature of new trends, cultures and ideas, or we are providing you with the latest and greatest City Style appear or releasing new collections every couple of months. Each collection will be completely new and unique. Once a collection is closed, you can never get those products from that collection again, just creating that scarcity Supreme kind of stall, which is very powerful people that want to buy clothing, because it means I can have a one of I have so many design now for those wondering where you can get these mock-up designs done from, because it's very congruent, and it makes it very powerful as you can head to 5 and you can see here, this literally looks very similar to the ones that he's gotten his website. This might be the same person doing it for him, I don't know, but it looks very similar, and you can see that he does mock-up designs for people again, they look very similar to what he's already done. You can hire people on Fiverr to do it. It's not overly expensive. You can see that the premium package for 20 custom mock-ups is around about $14 which is very, very cheap. I'm gonna be showing you. The Facebook ads are currently being ran for this store. And you can see this 46 results right now. And you can see this one is the Italian collection. It says, obviously, collection is closing soon with a crying face shop, huge discounts now, before it's too late shop here. And then you can see here they've got as the shop now button, closing collection, all orders printed and shipped in the USA. So it's shown that they're proud that they're printed in the
USA. Now, that probably won't work great in this ad, because obviously it's the Italians are buying this. But in this one, which is the Chicago ones, you can see ours call good collection is closing soon. Again, crying face, same thing again. But it says, here, summer collection, all orders, principalship from the USA. So it shows people to be proud to buy from the USA and the using the same backdrop again, the same designs. And I do bear in mind that these guys are really going heavy with the Chicago designing, which tells me that Chicago was one of their best countries that they were selling to, because if you scroll down, Chicago's pretty much the main one that the currently going for in their ads. Now, they're also doing New York. They're also doing USA as a whole, and they're also doing Philly, and they are doing Houston as well and the doing Dallas. So you can see the doing quite a lot of different states. But I see Chicago being the main one, and I got loads of different designs
of the doing right now. And you can see that these are the ads I've been launched in may. Now, these ones are more lifestyle. And again, these have been done in my opinion, pretty badly like that mock-up, right? There is very obvious that it's not real. I don't know if the guy knows how obvious it is. But you can see the backdrop says, Atlanta made here. And you can see he's got the Atlanta design on right there. And you can see here, they're doing some canvas. This is why I don't think these are very popular for him is these hoodies that are doing very well for them. Now, if you are looking for lifestyle mock-ups like this, you can head over to a company called place, which is what I use for some of my print on demand stores. And you can see here, these are very high quality. Mock-ups are which the guy came here, because these are like 4K 1080p photos. And these are insanely professional. You wouldn't even know. These are mock-ups. When you put your design on them, you can see when you hover over it shows what it looks like when you put your design on them, and they got loads of different designs. Those are different filters to change from Kid is child outdoor/indoor designs, and they just look really, really good. And it's a monthly subscription. And that's one that I personally use myself and its really, really powerful. Now, the great thing about their Facebook ads is they're running image ads, which are historically known to be a lot cheaper than video and Cara solids, which is really, really good. And you can see that they're copywriting is very easy. And it's pretty much the same throughout the different collections. Now do bear in mind that they are ring Tick Tock ads as well, which is great for diversification, which I always preach for people to do. Now, this isn't from that your brand. This is another person promoting their own CT, sure.
